This is how the Jays won the World Series years ago so you really have to be thrilled with this. Get enough latin players in the organization and who knows what that does to the atmosphere around the team. Maybe American players shy away from the Jays, but if the organization bolsters their latin ranks, they might have a considerably easier time recruiting Latin stars that are established in the Majors when the time comes.
