Why would you want to trade the best player in baseball so badly? Maybe you can tell us what you need so we know what to offer you. Unless you're just trading for the sake of trading.

I realise Pujols is the best player in the game undoubtedly, But the fact is he is a huge asset and my team has too many holes so basically Im looking to package him with another position player and one of my starters ( Edwin Jackson, Ubaldo Jimenez, Ryan Dempster or Randy Wells) The stats I'm in need of are Steals, OBP, SLG, and Saves. Feel free to make an offer, I would like to get a deal done asap so I can possibly make another deal to get the Selects ready for a run at there 3rd consecutive first place finish.

Um, we are all competing against each other. If someone wins the league by making unfair trades, where is the fun
Why is it my responsibility (or anybody's responsibility) to judge "fairness" and then tell others they can't make a trade if they want to do it?

The rest of the league just has to go out and try to make their own trades to counter it. That's the way it works in real life.

This is why any league I'm in, generally, I ensure that vetoing isn't allowed (of course, if there is evidence of collusion that's a different matter altogether).

If you had produced the consistency of the Selects you would understand. Not all of us can be a flash in the pan like you. Guaranteed You do not make the playoffs this year... I will even go as far as to bet my okbluejays.com forum signature on it. Interested in the bet, or are you already aware you dont have a shot at making it back to the playoffs?

If you finish ahead of me in the standings i will change it to whatever you would like. If I beat you however... You must change yours to something of my choice.

further ahead of you in the whole competition? sure i accept.

League standings mean nothing to me as long as i finish in the playoffs.

Are you two talking finishing ahead of the other in the regular season only or do you both mean, whoever makes it further into the playoffs (assuming you both make it?). Just want to make sure the bet parameters are clear so we can have someone with an amusing signature lol.

I dont know any of these people personally, who am I to accuse collusion? Vetoing trades that are viewed to be one sidedis the only way that's fair.

The only thing that's fair is to allow people to make their own decisions.

Except they aren't. Such an assumption makes no sense.

If you are so completely paranoid that you actually believe that, why isn't that your rationale for vetoing every trade that you deem "unfair?"
