Game 134 Jays @ Yankees

Snider hits a first inning home run.  Sportsnet regular shows darts instead of the game.

lol amazing.

And good for Snider, wish I was at home to watch the game.  I hate these stupid weekday day games, especially when they're the first game of a series and make no damn sense.

While they don't work for most it's nice to see some games played in the day.  Especially with the jays and yankees being the only al teams who still regularly schedule 1pm saturday games.

Nah I absolutely love the weekend day games.  Was saying I hate them on weekdays when I'm stuck at the office and don't wanna watch some crappy live stream on my computer.  Trust me, if I didn't have to work, I'd love for all games to be day games lol.

Great form from Baxter!

But you can't ignore the resiliency shown by Taylor. This match is far from decided.

Like the commentator said, it's far better for the dart to miss high than to miss long. Taylor better wake up soon.

Huge chance for Baxter.

OT - A start like today is precisely the reason why I'm not laughing to the bank over that trade with Seattle. As brilliant as Morrow's repertoire is, walking back-to-back Yanks to lead off a game is not the mark of someone you'd consider to be reliable.

Morrows only throwing in the high 80s and has no control.  Time to call it a (successful) year.

Last 10 games the man has surrended 46 earned runs.

You know how they'll spin it though, "saving the bullpen's arms" & "moping up for the kids" etc etc.

At first I was disappointed I missed todays game. Would have been nice to have on in the background while I solved some computer issues but sadly my TV by the computer doesn't get Rogers One. But once I hear Morrow looked dead armed and Tallet pitched that sense of loss lifted quite a bit.

It's pretty big in Britain, even though i don't see it as a sport Phil Taylor is the greatest darts player ever but never get's mentioned for any sports awards or the big one over here "sports personality of the year".

Not giving up a home run was pretty cool.  I sure wasn't expecting that.

I know this was a joke, but the bad part is, the first time I read it I thought nothing of it. As if giving up 46 runs was about right.
I'd rather have a sister in a whorehouse than a brother who's a Yankees fan.
