Bob Elliot and others have suggested the Jays might take Delino DeShields Jr. with the #11 pick.

It's so hard to say because you never know who's going to drop down. All it takes is one team to go off the board to completely change the game plan.

I hope the picks don't spend forever trying to squeeze every possible cent they can out of the Jays highly publicized large draft budget.  After last year I understand why they have to make it public knowledge they are going to be big spenders at the draft but I can still see it being a problem in some negotiations.

I'm hoping the Jays grab Karsten Whitson.

My gut tells me Michael Choice is the guy.

I'll barf if they take Zack cox.

Other names that have been linked to the Jays with the 11th pick...

Nick Castellanos (3b)
Delino Deshields Jr. (Of/2b)
Stetson Aullie (Rhp)
Josh Sale (Of)
Chris Sale (Lhp)
Christian Colon (Ss)

MLB mock has Sale going to the Jays. Great makeup, big power but some question marks too.

Astros rumoured to be planning picking DeShields 8th, so it looks like we won't be picking him.

Since signability isn't an issue, I'm predicting the Jays will pick Chris Sale (that's the pitcher).
